An umbrella company through which I worked on several upscale apparel brands, including PUMA GOLF, Imperial Headwear, Cobra clubs, Tehema and Fairway & Greene. Also including Old Time Hockey, an NHL apparel licensee.
Internationally known for their sports shoes and fashion apparel, PUMA is the third largest player in the sports fashion world. I worked on catalogs and marketing materials, while also contributing to Canadian exclusives in the headwear and fashion categories.
A sports apparel company, licensed to work with the NHL, CFL and other brands, including PUMA before that company had a direct corporate presence in Canada.
Freelance layout artist, illustration and type design. I have designed logos and done copy writing. I have been taking classes in programming and have some idea of scripting for automation.
After finishing a BA at the University of Ottawa, I found myself working more and more in the field of graphic design and art. Gig posters and Zine work led to some small jobs in advertising and before long I decided to formally acquire the technical training to go along with my creativity.
Attending technical college I discovered my great software love: Illustrator. Working almost every day in that app, over eight years as a professional, I still come to it every morning with a smile. My strengths as a designer are in type, patterns and quick layout.
